When is the new XCEL experience launching?
The new XCEL experience launched on September 10, 2024. Browse around the new site and the Student and Admin/Manager Portals to get comfortable. We encourage you to watch a recording of our last demo via the links above.
Is my discount code changing?
For most users, your discount code will not be changing. However, what you've known as a “discount code” will now be known as a “Partner Code.”
Will course content or the 3-part training program be changing?
You and your recruits trust XCEL for industry expertise and proven courses, and we take that trust seriously. With our new website and learning platform, we are not changing our courses, but we are supercharging our ability to make content updates promptly. We will be able to incorporate user feedback and evolving exam requirements faster to ensure students always have access to the most up-to-date and relevant study materials.
What are Partner Sites and how are they better than before?
Partner Sites are a one-stop shop to provide recruits with access to your company’s exclusive pricing and products all throughout the site. Soon, admins will receive an email with their Partner Site URL and Partner Code - be on the lookout! With the introduction of Partner Sites, the process of viewing and purchasing courses has never been smoother, more transparent, or clearer. Simply provide your recruit with your Partner Site URL or your Partner Code (previously known as Discount Code) to input as they land on the XCEL homepage. Partner Sites will also be used for logging in to the Student Portal to access courses and the Admin Portal to track progress.
Where will I log in?
Your Partner Site will be your one-stop shop for you and your recruits. To ensure optimal performance, you must use your Partner Site to purchase training, as well as log in to the Student Portal and Admin Portal. Your Partner Site URL and Partner Code will be emailed to admins.
Will anything about the reports I receive be changing? Will I still receive the Daily Progress Report email?
The Daily Report Emails are not changing! We understand the value of the Daily Report Emails you know and love, and we're thrilled to confirm that they're not going anywhere. But there's more - our Admin Portal is becoming cleaner, simpler, and more intuitive because we know your time is precious, and we want you to use it efficiently. With the new Admin Portal, simply log in at any time of day to track your recruits' progress effortlessly and refine reports to showcase the metrics that matter most to you.
What will happen to students who are currently enrolled in a course?
Currently enrolled users will continue their coursework without interruption. The experience will remain consistent with the platform they’ve been using, with no interruptions or changes to access.
Why is XCEL making these changes?
XCEL launched a new website along with Student and Admin Portals to ensure all users have the best possible experience. While XCEL's previous platform has served us well, technological advancements and feedback from users have guided us in making these improvements. We believe that this proprietary platform allows us to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our user base.
